This policy explains how personal data is processed when users visit dualsystem.com.pl or contact DUAL SYSTEM Sp. z o.o.

Data controller

Scope of data

Depending on how the website is used, the following data may be processed: name, company name, e-mail address, telephone number, enquiry content, correspondence data, IP address, cookie identifiers and basic technical data of the device and browser.

Recipients of data

Data may be disclosed to entities supporting the controller in website maintenance, hosting, e-mail services, IT services, web analytics and legal or accounting support, only to the extent necessary for the purposes indicated above.

Transfers outside the EEA

Due to the use of Google services, analytics data may be processed outside the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, appropriate safeguards under the GDPR are applied, in particular standard contractual clauses or other permitted safeguards.

Retention period

Correspondence data is stored for the time required to handle the enquiry and business relationship, and then for the period required by law or the limitation period for possible claims. Analytics data is processed in accordance with Google Analytics settings and only after consent. Technical logs are stored for the time needed to ensure website security and proper operation.

User rights

Data subjects have the right to access their data, rectify it, erase it, restrict processing, data portability, object to processing and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

Complaint to the supervisory authority

Users have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office in Poland if they believe that their personal data is processed in violation of data protection laws.

Voluntary provision of data

Providing data in correspondence is voluntary, but it may be necessary to respond, prepare an offer or handle a matter.

Profiling and automated decisions

User data is not used for decisions based solely on automated processing that would produce legal effects or similarly significantly affect the user.
